Planned Maintenance
Verify accuracy of the O&M Manual (technical drawings, equipment specifications, care manuals, original installers contact details).
Propose a choice of PPM contractors which are most suitable and have experience working in high end retail environments.
Schedule maintenance intervention supervised by one of our team member which create a photographic report sent instantly to the client.
Arrange quotes and subsequent interventions for any remedial work discovered during the PPM inspection.
Have regular meeting with store manager to ensure their are satisfied with the level of services received by the contractors, dealing with any issue raised.
Reactive Maintenance
We have a 24/7 dedicated line for emergency call.
We create for each store a custom made group conversation with the managers so that they can report instantly and with photos if any issued arises.
Emergency calls receive immediate attention: photographic reports and necessary approvals are handled swiftly in order to resolve.
A final report of the intervention is sent to the relevant management on completion.
Reporting & Administration
All PPM visits, remedial works, mandatory inspections and emergency calls out are logged in our system and updated regularly.
A team member supervise the interventions, to monitor the work carried out and offer support to the store management team .
A detail photographic report is completed at the end of each intervention.
A monthly document for each store with a summary of the works carried out, the outstanding tasks, the proposed projects and any quote waiting for approval, is sent to the client’s management team.
Staff H&S training and monitoring can be arrange to suit the customer needs.
Permits and Risk Assessments for any work carried out are arranged.
All warranties are collected and managed.
